Matching Funds Request Form

The Bankers Foundation of Colorado will make matching gifts on behalf of sponsoring banks and corporate sponsors to provide charitable assistance to those with special needs in the communities they serve. The Foundation will not donate to other established foundations or charities. All requests that meet these guidelines are welcome.

    The Bankers Foundation of Colorado, a charitable organization comprised of Colorado community bankers, was founded in 2001 and established to lend a hand to individuals and families in need of financial assistance. The foundation will match funds donated by banks or corporate sponsors up to four times the amount (maximum of $5,000).
